Dear,
I followed the thread for similar issue: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=721&sid=8816cacda68 ... 74368469ed
I didn't see illegal division anymore, but it's been 18 hours, analysis stays in the step with the seq.fasta in example:
4.1 run simulation
run 14 serial simulations
run simulation job 1 / 14
I want to ask
1. is it normal to take 20+ hours for a short sequence?
2. There are a lot of files generated, is there any README file to guide me on (1) how many files should there be, (2) how to understand the key files
Thanks

Re: itasser suite output
Dear user,
I-TASSER simulation may take a long time based on the length of your sequence.
The final file for modeling should be model1.pdb in your folder. You can check the README file in the I-TASSER suite package (but there is no instruction about the number of immediate files).
