C-Quark local installation processing time for 30 amino acid peptide?

Due tu some problems with online version of Quark server, I decided to install C-Quark locally.

Downloading library lasts for hours (100GB for now, and counting..)
I wonder is it worth waiting and investing time to run it localy..

How much time it will need to run 30 amino acid sequence on ordinary laptop with 8 intel i5 cores?

It may takes less than one day for a protein with only 30 amino acid I believe. The library is slightly big, but it worth using C_QUARK than QUARK, C-UQARK performance is much better than QUARK
