Delay ModRefiner for 3D protein refinement

More than two weeks ago I submitted a PDB structure of a 3D model protein to ModRefiner. Since then I did not receive any notification about a result.
Is there any problem with ModRefiner currently?

Yes, ModRefiner was down due to server issues. It should be back up and running and catching up on older jobs. If you have your job id or email used for submission, I can check on the status for you.
