COTH Input Query

Hello,

I used the COTH server for my protein complex and after observing the output, I realized that one of the monomers was in an inaccurate position after the run. So, I was curious if one can upload the PDB structure of a homolog along with the sequence of the protein complex for COTH ? Secondly, is there any alternative co-threading approach wherein this (manual input of a PDB template) can be carried out ?

Sorry! The COTH server currently cannot upload templates. You may try to use I-TASSER to build the monomer models, and then input the HDOCK server (http://hdock.phys.hust.edu.cn/) for docking.
