Threading Template

Hi there!

Was just wondering if there was a way to specify more than one PDB structure to use as a template. (i.e., under 'specify template without alignment' - can I put more than one PDB ID?)

I-TASSER only currently supports uploading one specified template. Although the coverage of our template library is quite extensive, so the specified PDB or a structurally similar one will most likely already be included in the library.
