Notification of job completion, still in process

Hello,

I have received the e-mail about job completion on I-TASSER S611808 on 04/26. Results were available till this Monday (05/03), when it turned out that sequence submitted and in processing. I cleared cache several times but it did not help. Should I resubmit the sequence or I need to wait the results?
