More than 750 residues?

Is there any possibility to submit proteins larger than 750 residues?
Could it be done in the standalone linux version? If so I am having some trouble installing it:

The I-TASSER server can predict proteins with up to 1500 residues. You can also try to use our recent developed pipeline https://zhanglab.dcmb.med.umich.edu/I-TASSER-MDA/ for multi-domain proteins.
