Dear team of Zhang Lab,
I had submitted some jobs for the same sequences with ids QB3896, QA17543 to c-Quark and Quark respectively and it has been running for a month is there anything that can be done?
Kind regards,
Rafail

Re: Quark/C-quark/c-i-tasser job has been running for a month
Dear Users,
Our computational cluster has been highly occupied over the past few months due to the CASP, which has resulted in some jobs not being completed on time and many others still pending. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regarding the C-QUARK job QB3896, it is unfortunately too old and has been automatically deleted from our system. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but you may consider resubmitting a new job.
For the QUARK job QA17543, the results are available at https://zhanggroup.org/QUARK/output/QA17543/.
Similarly, the results for C-QUARK job QB3923 can be found at https://zhanggroup.org/C-QUARK/output/QB3923/.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for using our servers.
Best regards,
Xi
