D-I-TASSER Job Running for 13 days

I submitted three protein sequences for modelling at D-I-TASSER from three different Email addresses on 12 February. These were resubmissions due to the library issue mentioned in the server. 13 days later, I am yet to receive the results of any of these structures. Is there a problem in the server?
