Inquiry of PEPPI results

Hi,

I just used PEPPI to predict the interaction between two proteins, which are 440aa and 511aa respectively. However, the diagram included in the results showed the 511aa protein as much smaller in size compared to the 440aa protein. May I ask if this is an error?

Thanks for bringing this up! I've used PEPPI too and I've found that sometimes the visual results can be misleading. I hope moderators or more experienced users can shed some light on this for you! geometry dash deadlocked
