QUARK server job QA15513

I submitted QUARK server job QA15513 on April 28th, and it says it it is still processing. When can I expect this to be completed, and is there any reason for the delay on my end?

Sorry! There is an issue of file systems on the EXPANSE cluster. We still need some time to deal with it.
