USalign: Multiple Sequence Alignment withous superpostion

Hi,
I know that there is -se flag for aligning sequences without superposition. But as it is stated in the documentation it works for sequence pairs.
I am wondering if there is a possibility of doing multiple sequence alignment without superimposing the structures using USalign.
I used the -dir chain_folder/ chain_list option along with the -se but it results in empty alignment.afa file.
Thanks in advance,
