US align phylogenetic tree availability

Dear Zhang:
sorry to bother you, i am a fresh user of USalign and here is a question i have been confused with:
since the multiple protein structure alignment is derived from a phylogentic tree, can i get the graph of the tree using the software? i have been searching for a long time
