Query to maximum input in PEPPI

Dear PEPPI team,

I would like to express my gratitude to the Zhang Lab for creating the remarkable PEPPI, which is both user-friendly and powerful. However, I have encountered an issue while attempting to predict an interaction involving a protein called "lp_1303a family serine-rich repeat glycoprotein adhesin," which has 3110 residues. I noticed that the maximum input allowed by PEPPI is only 1500 residues.

I am curious if PEPPI will support longer residue inputs in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If you have to handle longer sequence, you will need to download and install PEPPI from https://github.com/ewbell94/PEPPI and run it on your own computer.
