Hello,
Can FASPR do side-chain sampling for a ligand binding to a protein (fix the protein)? I tried to input ligand-protein in the backbone and sequence, but it said "unrecognized file". My job number is FASPR637739072.

Dear user,

FASPR can only add a side-chain to the protein target.
