Hi,
I want to apply the post translational modification in 3D structure of my protein. This post translational modification includes Arabinosylation. How I should write it in my FASTA sequence to apply it in 3D structure???

Based on our knowledge, there is no 3D modeling method that can model the structure of PTM sites.
