We didn't see any sequence in the data folder you provided, so could you first try to re-submit the sequence?

I tried to resubmit but I got a message saying that I have a job pending. I sent an email with my former job id to yangzhanglab@umich.edu, and asked that the job be canceled so I may resubmit my sequence.
