Hello,

I am fairly new at using the IonCom_standalone program. I have done everything that is listed on the readme file, but when the program runs, i am not provided the 'rehtml' file. I am getting an error midway through the program that says:

cp: cannot stat 'jsd': No such file or directory

and

cp: cannot stat '/media/tristan/Storage/programs/IonCom_standalone/output/testpdb/jsd.txt': No such file or directory

It seems you didn't have the PERL5 lib, you can install PERL5 lib and the module based the error message.
