Dear Support team,
I have a question regarding the predicted model;
I see a part of the output is "Final Full-length Models Predicted by I-TASSER-MTD". Is this model the final and full model predicted by the software?
On the other hand I see a part of the output is "Top 10 Full-length Templates for Domain Assembly" but I expect neither of these predictions in this section should refer to final model . Is that right?

Yes. Models shown in the "Final Full-length Models Predicted by I-TASSER-MTD" part is the final and full model predicted by I-TASSER-MTD.
"Top 10 Full-length Templates for Domain Assembly" just shows the templates used to guide the domain assembly for the full-length model construction.
