C-I-TASSER is not releasing the result

Hello,

I submitted some sequences to CI-TASSER some time ago (about 2 months). But I still haven't received the results of the structural predictions.

Ps: When I submitted the sequence I did not receive the sequence submission confirmation email. Is the CI-Tasser server having a problem? I really need the results and submit others, if anyone can help me, I would be very grateful

I had the same problem as you. It seems that there is an incompatibility between the server and some messaging. When I launch the analysis with my Gmail address, I have no problem, compared to my institutional address.
