COACH results not available even after a month

Dear Sir/Madam

I had submitted a query on COACH (CH2099406662) around 10th December 2021, and my friend had submitted the same query again (CH2099406729) on 18th December 2021. We both haven't received the results till date even though the results page show that results would be available in 10 hours.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide the said results as it has been more than a month since I submitted the query. I have many more queries in line to be submitted. Your help shall be highly appreciated.
