Is it possible for me to use I-TASSER to predict the structure of a protein after it has been post-translationally modified? How can I do this?

I-TASSER can not predict the structure after PTM. PTM major occurs on the side-chain, the conformation may not change that much before and after PTM, thus maybe you can first predict the structure by I-TASSER, then modify the side-chain manually based on the PTM sites and type.
