Hello,

I want to know where can I find the number of cluster size used to predict the structure.
In the results of Top 5 final models predicted by I-TASSER say: "Since the top 5 models are ranked by the cluster size" but, where is this number?

You can find the number of decoys in each cluster as well as the cluster density in the cscore.txt file that is included in the zipped results directory. Additionally, you can access this file by clicking on the "Read more about cscore" link in the "Top 5 Final Models Predicted by I-TASSER" section.
