Information about DNA structure

Hello
My name is Fika, an Indonesian PhD student. I would like to ask the possibility of creating my 3D DNA for my ligand. I have been doing the experiment with my DNA sequence to create secondary structure. I read the instruction for creating the 3D model and the example is in protein file. May I ask it is possible for me to create the 3D with my DNA sequence?
