I have submitted a job for ThreaDomEx 8 days ago and the job still at waiting phase. Should I wait longer or there is an issue with the sequence because it's long (~2250 aa)?

Sorry! the ThreaDomEX server is not working for a long time due to the internal errors. We're trying to figure it out because the first author has left our lab.

Instead, you can try https://zhanggroup.org/FUpred/ (contact-map based method) or detect templates from https://zhanggroup.org/LOMETS then check the domain from template alignment
