First of all, thanks for the nice structures in the COVID archive. Could you please tell me what is the source structure of the Table II complex structures B.1.351 and P.1? Is it 2019 wuhan wild type or D614G substituted structure? Or these are pure homology model using no experimental structure for any region?

The P.1 and B.1.351 classification are based on https://cov-lineages.org/, and the representative sequence you can find from our website https://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/COVID-19/, see the sequence link.

you can easily find the sequence information from the header of the fasta files.
