I have received the e-mail about job completion on I-TASSER S611808 on 04/26. Results were available till this Monday (05/03), when it turned out that sequence submitted and in processing. I cleared cache several times but it did not help. Should I resubmit the sequence or I need to wait the results?

Sorry, there may be a problem with the script for result page generation. I just confirmed that your job was actually complete. But I don't know how to send the result to you.
