Cofactor jop is queuing.

Hello,
I’m asking if is it normal that, my job results in Cofactor is queuing since 20 days ago!
I am trying to submit a protein sequence to the COFACTOR server for structure and function prediction. However, I have been unable to complete the submission. Each time I attempt to upload the sequence, the server returns an “Internal Server Error.”

It is unusual for a job result in Cofactor to be queuing for 20 days — that generally means something isn’t progressing normally and you should investigate
