Co-factor doesn’t work yet
Hi, i am still trying to submit a work to Co factor platform but it doesn’t accept the work, any updates please regarding?
I am trying to submit a protein sequence to the COFACTOR server for structure and function prediction. However, I have been unable to complete the submission. Each time I attempt to upload the sequence, the server returns an “Internal Server Error.”

Tell me which one you’re dealing with (and what you expected it to do vs. what’s happening), and I’ll help you troubleshoot it step by step. smash karts unblocked

I have submitted the work since 8-Jan-2026 but the results are not released yet! COFACTOR job (JOB ID: S477)

We have fixed Cofactor couple days ago and should be ready to use. Could you show us the error message so that we can better assist you?
