Slow DeepFoldRNA

Hi,

I am executing DeepFoldRNA on H100 as well as RTX 4080. The program is running for a long time (~ 12 hours) at the stage of LBFGS optimization.

I am running 5kv7A example. How much time ideally complete run should take?

Quick update: SimRNA and QRNAs executables are working fine. I broke the LBFGS stuck at step 1, and it moved to refining next model, it failed for 4 models and refined 1 model.

What could be the probable issue here?
