Dear Zhang Lab Team,

first of all, thank you for all your efforts and ongoing work to make bioinformatics easier and accessable!

I allready saw a thread regarding the momentary issues with COFACTOR. However, multiple services seem to be non-accessable at the moment (IonCom, D-I-TASSER and more). Are there any updates on when we can expect the servers to be online and functional again?
I don't want to pressure you or seem impatient, I just need to plan my ongoing work packages.

Thank you for your kind message and for your patience.

At the moment, D-I-TASSER is online and accepting jobs (though queue times may be longer than usual). Several other services (including COFACTOR and IonCom) are still under restoration as part of a phased recovery, and we unfortunately cannot share a firm timeline yet. We are working to bring them back as soon as possible and will post updates on the corresponding service pages when each server becomes available again.
