Delay in Job Processing for Protein Sequence Submission

I hope this finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a protein sequence I submitted via D-I-TASSER over a month ago. The current status indicates, "Your job has been successfully submitted and is being processed..." but I have not received any updates.
I have a couple of questions:
Has anyone else experienced similar delays with their submissions?
Is there a way to inquire about the specific status of my job?
Given the time this job is taking, is it possible to cancel the old job? I would like to submit a new one, but I'm unable to do so while this job is pending.
Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
