Hi, I have received an email stating that the ResQ result is ready. However, it keeps showing in processing when I click on the link.
The job ID is ResQ job R0069 and R0070

Thanks for the info. If ResQ jobs R0069 and R0070 still show "processing" after the email said they’re ready, it may be a delay or system glitch. Try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or checking your ResQ dashboard directly.
