For models built by AlphaFold without crystal structures, can ResQ be used to determine reasonable B-factors? Additionally, we have been trying to measure it today but haven't gotten any results.

ResQ can provide estimated B-factors for AlphaFold models, but the reliability depends on the quality of the predicted structure. If you’re not getting results, it might be worth double-checking input formatting or running a small test case first. Have you verified that the PDB files are properly prepared for ResQ?
