I-TASSER Job S807145 stuck in processing for more than 12 days

I submitted a job to the I-TASSER server over 12 days ago using the ID S807145. The job has been stuck at "This job is running and should be completed in ~30 hrs" ever since submission, and no results have been generated so far.
Could you please check if there's an issue with the process? I would greatly appreciate your support.
