DAMPred Not Up/Functional

Hello! Was attempting to use DAMPred these past two weeks, and the online service does not seem up or running whatsoever. Both I and my mentor have attempted to use DAMPred with our own inputs— even attempting the example FASTA sequence + mutations provided— yet the error is the same. We have both used a few different academic emails to see if that was the issue, but the error reads <type 'exceptions.IOError'> with a lot of Python displayed (a screenshot attached below, wherein my information has been blacked out). Please help.
