Site reloading but no results

Dear all, I fave the following problem. My Job (JobID D1772) is marked as completed. But when I click for the results on the JobID or the status the following message appear:

Your job has been successfully submitted and is being processed...
It will take several hours to complete your job. Please DO NOT re-submit your job!

This page is reloaded every 10 seconds and you will find the results automatically at this page once it's done.
You can bookmark this page to check the results later.

Thanks for your patience!


And then the is page reloaded and reloaded but no result apear or can downloaded.
What can I do?

Try incognito mode or another browser. Clear cache. If still stuck, contact site support—job might be stuck server-side. Hope it works!

Thanks for the notice. The error can be controlled by the system, this is unavoidable.
