I have a question about EDTSurf, is there a version of the software that can read cryo-EM density maps and mmcif input files? If there is, would it be possible to share it with us?

Currently, we do not have a new version of EDTsurf specifically for cryo-EM density maps and mmCIF files. However, we are planning updates to address them. Once a new version is available, we will update it on our website
