We submitted two protein prediction files on April 22nd and April 28th respectively, but did not receive any response. Could you please help me check if there is an error in the sequence I submitted? The numbers are DMF546275700 and DMF570617020, respectively.

Dear user,

The server usually sends the results back to the user in around one week. However, we recently received around 1200 submissions, so the server is overloaded. We are trying to move the jobs to a larger supercomputer cluster, we are expect the current submitted jobs will completed one by one in arond May 10. Thank you for your patience!
