Hi,

I submitted a job with id CH2099416008 weeks ago in the COACH server, I have an email in with indicates that the results will be available in about 24 hours at: https://zhanglab.dcmb.med.umich.edu/COA ... 2099416008, but I dind't receive any results until now.

Is there a problem with my job queue?

Dear User,

I apologize for the late reply. I have checked your job, but unfortunately, it is no longer available on our cluster. This may be due to the multiple shutdowns of our cluster in April and May.

As an alternative, I have reset your account status, and you can now submit a new job.
