Homologous dimer modeling

Post by 238527177@fzu.edu.cn »

Hello, Zhang Yang's research team
Firstly, thank you for providing a free modeling platform. I want to create a homologous dimer composed of two protein monomers, but I'm not sure if i-tasser can input the sequences of two protein monomers at the same time, or can only model one sequence at a time, and then use other software to merge the structures later?
Looking forward to your reply.

Dear user,

You can try https://zhanggroup.org/DMFold/, put two copies of your monomer sequences, and then it is dimmer.
