Using CR-I-TASSER webserver, I entered my FASTA and uploaded my .mrc file. but after submitting my job a window stating: No resolution input; CR-I-TASSER will predict one automatically, poped up. Why is it saying no resolution input?

CR-I-TASSER requires the map resolution to convert the structure to a simulated map, and then calculates the correlation with the background density map. There is a box provided for inputting the resolution. However, if you are unsure about the resolution value, a predictor within the program will estimate the resolution for you, alleviating any concerns.
