Hi CR-I-Tasser Team,

- Is there any service available now to run multichain structures using CR-I-Tasser? If yes, what should be the format to enter its FASTA?
- What is the difference between your CR-I-Tasser webserver service and its package to download?
- Is there any tutorial/user manual for use/interpret results for (CR)- I-Tasser?

Dear user,

The CR-I-TASSER for modeling multichain structures has not yet been released. You may want to consider submitting jobs for individual chains separately.

Regarding the second question, please note that the database for the web server is up to date, whereas the standalone package is not. This may impact the threading process.
