Compressed data of DeepMSA2 Database is corrupt

The database files DB.fasta.ab.ssi.xz and DB.fasta.ac.xz provided for download by DeepMSA2 are corrupt and cannot be extracted properly.

Dear user,

Thank you for reporting this issue, we have fixed the data source, and now you can re-download those two files by

wget -c https://zhanggroup.org/ftp/data/JGIclus ... asta.ac.xz
wget -c https://zhanggroup.org/ftp/data/JGIclus ... .ab.ssi.xz
