I-TASSER - "This domain server has been banned"

Hi, I've already used your structural prediction tool, I-TASSER. However, I have been trying to submit my sequence for over 3 months and this error appears:
"Your sequence has not been submitted."

"Reason: This domain server has been banned because some users abused the domain name and over-loaded our server by using multiple email accounts. If you think this message is not true, please contact us at yangzhanglab@umich.edu."

I didn't understand, because I used the platform properly. I am in need of modeling some proteins, if you can give me access, thank you immensely.
