COACH results unavailable (being processed even after a month)

Dear Ma'am/Sir

I had submitted a job in COACH on 19th Oct 2021, with job id CH2099406156. I had bookmarked the page but it still shows that the job is being processed.

I tried accessing the 'Queue' section, but it shows 'DB Error: extension not found'. Please help. I wish to get the results and submit further protein sequences.
