Unable to login to download I-TASSER Suite

I have registered with my email (011815069@thptphungkhackhoan-thachthat.edu.vn) and received a password, but when I enter it in here https://zhanggroup.org/I-TASSER/download/download.php it tells me the password is incorrect. I have tried to reset the password but the confirmation email never arrived. I have checked and confirmed I have not blocked the email address, nor is it in spam/junk.

You can also try to download our C-I-TASSER suite, which is an improved version of I-TASSER using deep-learning predicted contact.
