I submitted some sequences on QUARK a few days ago. I have not received any confirmation email for these jobs yet.

What's your email address? You can also try to use the improved version of QUARK (C-QUARK) at https://zhanglab.dcmb.med.umich.edu/C-QUARK/, which achieves significantly better performance than QUARK.

I tried submitting my job to C-Quark as well and the same issue occurred - I did not received a confirmation email from C-Quark.

Hi, you can try another email, we current accept any kind of email. sometime, your administer of the email may block our email, we found this case serval times from different users.
