I had submitted an Edock (E924) and COACH job (CH2099404771) on the 21th of May but according to their job status they are both still running. Is it possible or some problems occurred? Could you please help me?

Sorry. It seems that the EDock job failed due to system problems last time, you can try to resubmit it.
The COACH job failed because we ran out of computing resources in the cluster. We will move it to another cluster as soon as possible.
