Inquiry of PEPPI results

Hi,

I just used PEPPI to predict the interaction between two proteins, which are 440aa and 511aa respectively. However, the diagram included in the results showed the 511aa protein as much smaller in size compared to the 440aa protein. May I ask if this is an error?
